What is Stampa?
Stampa curates and sells artwork created by top illustrators, artists and designers. We're committed to working with exceptional talent to offer exclusive editions of their work at prices you can afford.

How do I know when new prints become available?
It’s simple. To join our online community please register at www.stampa.us.com/pages/register/. This enables us to keep you posted as each new series is introduced.

What is an exclusive edition?
An edition is a limited series of a particular print.  Stampa's exclusive editions are offered in series limited by number.  Once all prints in each edition are sold, Stampa will never offer the print again.  So you can rest assured that if you purchase a Stampa print, the edition of that print will indeed be closed once all have been sold and that you own a genuine exclusive edition of that print.

How are Stampa's editions numbered?
Our print editions are numbered by size, as follows:
8x10, 100 of each
16x20, 50 of each
24x30, 10 of each

How do I know that my Stampa print is authentic?
Every Stampa print comes hand embossed with our logo as a sign of authenticity.

How are Stampa’s prints made?
Our prints are made digitally, using archival inks and substrates and each is hand embossed with the Stampa logo.

Where and how are your prints framed?
Our prints are professionally framed in Philadelphia using solid wood Larson-Juhl frames, plexiglass, 100% archival materials and arrive to you ready to hang.

Do the prints look exactly like the images I see online?
The artwork featured on our website was generated by the same digital file used to create your print, except at a lower resolution, so you will always receive a digital print of the same artwork you selected on the website. The framing options displayed on the website, although for representation only, utilize the only color frames we offer: in white and black.  Framing adds approximately 1.5" to the final dimension.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Stampa accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Stampa gift cards.

If I buy a print, do I own the copyright in the image?
No, the copyright is reserved by the respective artist and is not transferred to the purchaser of the print.

What is your return policy?
As our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, refunds or exchanges on our products except in case of damage during shipment.  If your order is damaged, we will arrange to have your order picked up and have a replacement shipped to you within 14 days.

What if a print gets damaged during shipping?
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at prints@stampa.us.com. All claims on damaged prints must be made with 48 hours of receiving your package and we will replace your print within 14 days of your claim.

How much does it cost to ship a print?
All orders are shipped via UPS Carbon Neutral. Rates are flat rates based on location, quantity, weight and dimension.

Do you currently accept international orders?
Stampa currently only accepts online orders from customers within the United States, Canada, Mexico & Europe.  If you live outside of these regions and are interested in a purchase, please email us directly at prints@stampa.us.com.

How many days does it take for a print to ship after I place an order?
Our prints will ship within 21 days after an order is placed. You will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email that will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

How is sales tax calculated?
Sales tax charges are calculated based on shipping destination. You will see any applicable sales tax charges before confirming your order.

How do I redeem my gift card?

You can redeem your gift card by typing in the validation code at checkout. Any remaining balance on your gift card can be applied to a future order using the same validation code.
